Euro sports Centre's primary goal for this project was to secure a manufacturing partner capable of producing a large volume of custom apparel within a specific timeframe (20-25 days) while adhering to strict quality and design specifications. Key objectives included replicating complex designs accurately, using specified 150g mesh fabric, and incorporating custom hangtags. Gahumi's objective was to demonstrate superior manufacturing capabilities and reliability, expanding market presence and building long-term trust for complex custom apparel projects.

The project presented several significant challenges. Firstly, Euro sports Centre provided 12 distinct designs without original graphic files, requiring Gahumi's design team to meticulously recreate each one. Secondly, initial trust was a factor, evident from the deposit being paid in two installments. Thirdly, accommodating larger sizes without increasing the agreed-upon price required optimized material usage and efficient production. Finally, slow payment processing and intricate transportation logistics added layers of complexity to the overall project management and delivery schedule.

Gahumi deployed a comprehensive strategy to address each challenge. Our dedicated design team worked closely with Euro sports Centre, skillfully recreating all 12 complex designs from scratch, ensuring precise brand representation. To build trust, we maintained transparent communication, providing frequent updates on production progress and promptly addressing any concerns. We optimized our manufacturing processes and supply chain for the 150g mesh fabric, efficiently cutting and sewing to accommodate larger sizes without compromising cost-effectiveness for the client. Additionally, Gahumi's logistics team collaborated with Euro sports Centre to streamline shipping despite slow payment cycles, coordinating deliveries to mitigate delays. We successfully completed two rounds of prototyping to ensure all specifications were met before mass production, showcasing our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This proactive and adaptable approach ensured a smooth production flow and successful project completion.

Fast Response Throughout the Design Process: Equipped with a professional team of designers, customers can communicate their requirements through online meetings and emails. Designers will create exclusive designs based on corporate culture, event themes, etc. The delivery time of the first draft is controlled within 24 hours, and responses to revisions are prompt. Rich Fabric Library: Build a fabric display area to synchronously showcase a variety of fabrics such as all - cotton, polyester - cotton, modal, and bamboo fiber both online and offline. Each fabric is meticulously labeled with parameters including composition, weight per square meter, hand feel, breathability, and sweat - absorption. Fabric swatches are provided for customers to touch, feel, and test.
Diverse Printing Techniques: Offer printing techniques such as screen printing, direct - to - garment (DTG) printing, and heat transfer printing.

Full - process Quality Inspection: Set up multiple quality inspection checkpoints in links such as fabric warehousing, cutting, printing, sewing, and finished - product inspection. Before fabric warehousing, test indicators such as color fastness and shrinkage rate. During the production process, inspection personnel conduct random spot checks at any time to promptly identify and solve problems. When inspecting finished products, strictly check according to the AQL sampling standard to ensure that the defective rate is controlled within 1%.
