The main challenges included achieving consistent print colors across all 1,000 pieces, as printing processes naturally produce slight color variations. Additionally, the client's logo file was low resolution with no high-quality vector, and the blue logo elements had minimal contrast against the blue towel background.

We explained professionally that the darker background color would appear less intense on the finished product due to the extra washing process to remove surface dye. We maintained transparency by sending confirmation photos at every production stage. For logistics, we suggested shipping 200 units by air and 800 by sea to balance speed and cost.
