Project Story
The 2021 Qatar Election was a major local political event with strict requirements for the standardization and delivery timeliness of supporting materials. Custom T-shirts and hats were used for identifying election staff, and flags for on-site decoration, serving as important supporting supplies to ensure the smooth progress of the election.
Project Goals
The organizers of the Qatar Election aimed to enhance the order and recognition of the election site through customized T-shirts, hats, and flags. The core goal was to complete the production of 600,000 supplies within 30 days to ensure they were put into use on time.
Challenges
Diverse Categories and Capacity Pressure: Three types of products (T-shirts, hats, flags) with different processes needed to be produced simultaneously, totaling 600,000 pieces. The 30-day production cycle placed extremely high demands on the coordination ability of multiple production lines.
Balance Between Quality and Timeliness: As supplies for a government project, they needed to ensure quality details such as printing clarity and fabric texture, while completing production on schedule to avoid affecting the election preparation progress.
Solutions
Category-Based Scheduling and Resource Integration: Production areas were divided by product category. The T-shirt production line focused on cutting, sewing, and printing; the hat production line specialized in fabric splicing and logo sewing; the flag production line concentrated on fabric cutting and pattern printing. The raw material center stocked up on corresponding fabrics in advance to ensure sufficient material supply for all production lines.
Progress Tracking and Dynamic Adjustment: A "daily capacity dashboard" was formulated, specifying that the daily output of T-shirts should not be less than 3,300 pieces, hats not less than 3,300 pieces, and flags not less than 6,700 pieces. Production data was checked daily, and personnel were promptly deployed to support production lines with delayed progress.
The 2021 Qatar Election had strict standards for the quality and delivery timeliness of supporting materials. Custom supplies were not only identity markers for on-site staff but also display carriers of the event image, and their production and delivery progress directly affected the overall rhythm of election preparations.

The success of this project lies in scientific capacity allocation and efficient progress management. By implementing category-based scheduling, simultaneous production of multi-category products was achieved; daily capacity tracking ensured overall progress was not delayed. Finally, 600,000 supplies were produced on time, confirming Gahumi's comprehensive strength in the customization of government election projects.
We were worried about capacity when needing 600,000 supplies of different categories to be completed in 30 days. But Gahumi not only delivered on time but also met the quality requirements, providing strong support for election preparations.
