Brand Goals
The organizer of the Backpink Concert hoped to improve the fan experience and strengthen the concert's brand memory through customized exclusive bags. Due to the fixed event time, there was an urgent need for the sampling and production cycle of the bags, and 13,500 customized bags needed to be delivered in a short time.
Challenges Faced
Extremely tight time: The order demand coincided with the May Day holiday. The client required the samples to be completed within three days, and the mass production needed to be finished within 10 days, which put forward extremely high requirements for production scheduling and emergency response capabilities.
Solutions
Emergency response and sampling arrangement: When receiving the client's demand, even though the relevant contact person was out at sea by the seaside, they still contacted the superior for assistance at the first time, initiated the emergency order process, and coordinated the production department to give priority to sampling during the May Day holiday to ensure that the samples were completed within three days and confirmed by the client.
Efficient mass production: After the sample was confirmed, a mass production plan was quickly formulated. Resources such as the sewing center and assembly center in the 5,000-square-meter factory were integrated, and employees were arranged to work overtime. Finally, 13,500 bags were produced in only 10 days to ensure the delivery time.
