This batch of custom products was coordinated by a Guangzhou trading company and ultimately used in a Thai supermarket. As supporting supplies to enhance brand recognition and shopping convenience in daily operations, the Thai supermarket has high requirements for the quality, appearance consistency, and cost control of custom products, and needs to rely on reliable OEM partners to fulfill its needs.
Brand Goals
The Thai supermarket aimed to optimize store operations and improve customers' shopping experience through custom exclusive supplies. Meanwhile, it needed to complete the purchase within a reasonable budget. The products also had to meet the brand's visual standards (such as color consistency) and arrive on the scheduled time after confirming the cooperation.
Challenges Faced
Long communication cycle: It took six months from inquiry communication to sample confirmation, and another 2-3 months after sampling to approve mass production, which required extremely high patience and follow-up capabilities in the early stage.
Strict multiple requirements: Delivery time needed to be strictly controlled, the price had to fit the client's budget, and there were clear standards for product color difference with no tolerance for deviation.
Solutions
Long-term communication and follow-up: A dedicated person was assigned to handle the order. During the six-month inquiry period and subsequent sample confirmation, progress was regularly reported and questions were answered to maintain an efficient communication rhythm.
Precise demand matching: For price requirements, a reasonable quotation was provided by optimizing the production cost plan; for color difference issues, color samples were sent in advance for confirmation, and adjustments were repeatedly made during the sampling stage until meeting the standards; a detailed production plan was formulated to ensure controllable delivery time.
