The project presented several challenges: the raw-edge finish requirement demanded a fabric that wouldn't fray after cutting. The central opening, combined with large towel sizes, made precise cutting difficult. Fabric elasticity and strict tolerance requirements added to the complexity, as did the intricate packaging and laser logo application, where timing was crucial for consistent color. Gahumi needed to find solutions to maintain quality and precision throughout the manufacturing process.

Gahumi addressed the challenges by rapidly identifying a suitable fabric that wouldn't fray when cut. We developed a precise cutting method to create the central opening accurately, despite the large size and fabric elasticity. To ensure tight tolerances, we invested 300 meters of fabric in tolerance testing, achieving accuracy within 1cm. We also optimized the packaging process and refined the laser logo application technique to ensure consistent color and quality.
