The primary challenge was the extremely tight 15-day deadline to produce 180,000 flags, including the time required for color and sample confirmation. With only 13 days remaining after approvals, the large flag size (80*120 cm), double-stitched edges, and four-sided binding added complexity to the production process. Gahumi needed to optimize its production workflow to meet these stringent requirements and ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
