Challenges
Navigating Production and Logistics Nuances
The production process was generally smooth, with no major difficulties. However, a minor issue arose during sample development where an ink application on a blank square needed correction, requiring a re-run for that specific sample. Logistically, the shipping freight cost was underestimated due to the final package volume exceeding initial estimates. Additionally, the final delivery timeline was extended by the shipping carrier's transit time, which is outside Gahumi's direct manufacturing control.

Rich Fabric Library: Build a fabric display area to synchronously showcase a variety of fabrics such as all - cotton, polyester - cotton, modal, and bamboo fiber both online and offline. Full - process Quality Inspection: Set up multiple quality inspection checkpoints in links such as fabric warehousing, cutting, printing, sewing, and finished - product inspection. Before fabric warehousing, test indicators such as color fastness and shrinkage rate. During the production process, inspection personnel conduct random spot checks at any time to promptly identify and solve problems. When inspecting finished products, strictly check according to the AQL sampling standard to ensure that the defective rate is controlled within 1%.
