Challenges Faced
Difficult shape and process: The bag adopts a special-shaped design of a small wine bottle with a unique shape. The middle of the small wine bottle needs to be cut open and a zipper needs to be added. During sewing, it is necessary to accurately control the lines and structure to avoid deformation or misalignment, so the sewing difficulty is relatively high.
Solutions
Professional fabric recommendation: Based on familiarity with various fabrics, Gahumi introduced the characteristics of various fabrics such as 210T, 210D, imitation memory fabric, and real memory fabric to the customer. Combined with the fabric samples provided by the customer, Gahumi finally recommended the real memory fabric that is suitable for the special-shaped design and meets the texture requirements, which was recognized by the customer.
Structural analysis and process breakthrough: Gahumi analyzed the bag structure according to the video provided by the customer, and clarified the cutting ratio of the small wine bottle shape and the zipper installation position. An experienced sewing team was arranged to tackle the sewing difficulties, and special operation specifications were formulated for the special-shaped edges and zipper interfaces to ensure that the first sample met the customer's expectations.
